About Angela
Hi, I’m Angela. I’m an energy frequency facilitator dedicated to guiding others toward a deeper connection with their true selves. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Appalachian State University, a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and a 500 RYT in Trauma-Informed Yoga from InnerSea Yoga Academy.
I believe that by nurturing an intimate relationship with ourselves, we can identify what is in and out of balance within our bodies (mind, body, and spirit). With conscious awareness and intention, each individual has the ability to access the tools to vibrate at their Highest Potential. It is my hope that everyone has access to these transformative practices, and the understanding to align with their Highest Self, radiate at their most powerful frequency, and experience the full potential of this human journey.
