For a sound bath, all you need to bring is an open mind and a willingness to relax and receive the healing vibrations. I recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing so you can fully unwind. It’s also helpful to bring a yoga mat or cushion for sitting or lying down, along with a blanket or pillow for extra comfort. If you prefer, you can bring an eye mask to enhance relaxation and help block out distractions. Lastly, a bottle of water is a good idea to stay hydrated after the session.
I provide all the sound healing instruments, so just bring yourself and an intention to experience the soothing benefits of the sound journey.

No prior knowledge of sound healing or meditation is required—just come with an open mind and a willingness to relax. Sound baths are also beneficial for people seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or a deeper sense of inner peace. If you’re pregnant, have certain health conditions, or have concerns, it’s always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider before attending.

About Angela
Hi, I’m Angela. I’m an energy frequency facilitator dedicated to guiding others toward a deeper connection with their true selves. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Appalachian State University, a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and a 500 RYT in Trauma-Informed Yoga from InnerSea Yoga Academy.
My passion is in Conscious Energy Healing—believing that we are souls having a human experience. I see us as beings of energy, intricately connected to Source, our life force. Our energy is shaped by our thoughts, emotions, and feelings, influencing our overall well-being. We are not simply physical bodies, but holistic beings with both physical and non-physical dimensions.
Our life experiences impact our personal frequency and vibration, and through a variety of healing modalities, I help others restore balance and harmony within their physical and energetic bodies. My practices include Yoga, Sound Frequency, Meditation, Breathwork, Positive Affirmations, Reiki, EFT, and Somatic Movements.
I believe that by nurturing an intimate relationship with ourselves, we can identify what is in and out of balance within our bodies (mind, body, and spirit). With conscious awareness and intention, each individual has the ability to access the tools to vibrate at their Highest Potential.
